With over 20 years of experience in the swimming pool industry, I've built my career around a passion for creating exceptional outdoor living spaces. From my early years working hands-on with swimming pool equipment, repairs, and water chemistry to becoming an award-winning designer, my experience has given me a unique understanding of what makes a backyard both beautiful and functional.

Since transitioning into design in 2016, I've had the privilege of designing more than 250 custom swimming pools and complete outdoor living environments throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. As a designer with Texas Outdoor Oasis, I specialize in transforming ordinary backyards into extraordinary spaces where families can relax, entertain, and create lasting memories.

More Than Just a Pool Designer

I believe a truly exceptional backyard is about more than simply installing a swimming pool. It's about creating a cohesive outdoor environment that complements the home and reflects the lifestyle of the people who live there.

My designs incorporate custom swimming pools and spas, patio covers, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, fire features, landscaping, and complete backyard transformations. Every element is thoughtfully considered to ensure the finished space feels like a natural extension of the home.

Experience That Goes Beyond Design

What sets my approach apart is the technical knowledge I've developed throughout my career.

As a Certified Builder Professional (CBP) through the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, I combine creative design with an understanding of swimming pool construction, hydraulics, equipment, and industry best practices.

Having spent years working directly with swimming pool systems, I understand the importance of designing spaces that are not only visually impressive but also practical, functional, and built for long-term enjoyment.

Internationally Recognized Design

I'm proud to have designed projects for Texas Outdoor Oasis that have received three Pool & Hot Tub Alliance International Awards of Excellence, including one Bronze Award and two Merit Awards.

These recognitions reflect the creativity, attention to detail, and craftsmanship that go into bringing our clients' outdoor living visions to life.

Bringing Ideas to Life Through 3D Design

One of my favorite parts of the design process is helping clients visualize their future backyard before construction begins.

Through detailed 3D renderings, I create realistic representations of their entire outdoor living environment. This allows us to explore design possibilities, refine individual elements, and ensure that every feature works together before the project moves into construction.

I want my clients to feel confident and excited about their investment, knowing exactly what we're working toward.

A Personal Approach to Every Project

I understand that creating a custom pool and outdoor living space is a significant investment. That's why I believe the design process should be collaborative, transparent, and enjoyable.

I take the time to listen to each client's ideas, understand how they plan to use their backyard, and develop a design that balances their vision with the unique characteristics of their property.

The greatest compliment I can receive is when a past client refers a friend or family member to me personally. Those relationships and the trust behind them are what continue to drive my passion for this industry.

Let's Create Something Extraordinary

Whether you're envisioning a resort-style swimming pool, a beautiful outdoor entertaining area, or a complete backyard transformation, I'd welcome the opportunity to bring your vision to life.
